Diana Morgan-Burgess (Founder & President of MuchMore Development Ltd.) is a resilience mindset coach who has been empowering lives internationally and across the Caribbean since 2004. She’s an accredited, trained and highly sought-after coach and mentor, having successfully helped to ignite and transition individuals and companies from obscurity to greatness. Providing support for small to medium sized organizations, she has guided leaders and their teams in navigating through challenges– life or business related, talent management and shaping organizational cultures.
She has worked with many reputable organizations, notably the Sygnus Group, National Outdoor Agency (NOA) and the JMMB Group in Jamaica, Trinidad and the Dominican Republic. Her work has sparked tremendous results, leading her to develop programmes and structured guides for both businesses and individuals. Accessible on her website, she has used her life experience to craft these programmes to help others discover, develop and deploy their passion and strengths based on their own unique circumstances.
Most recently, in response to the economic impact of the global pandemic, COVID19, she developed the ‘Un-Redundantable You’ programme, a coaching solution to guide executives and managers during the change process on their employees’ job status. The two-fold programme supports employees through the personal challenges brought on by these harsh situations, now faced with the changes in their job statuses, and shapes the foundation for providing one-on-one coaching in the organizations for the remaining employees to keep them engaged while delivering results.
